Strategic Partner Ecosystem Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking a Strategic Partner Ecosystem Manager to join our team. This role will focus on building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders internally and externally. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, partner success, business development or account management.
The Strategic Partner Ecosystem Manager will own and maintain a cadence of communication with assigned partners and targeted roles in the go-to-market team. They will be attentive to partner goals and identify opportunities for accelerating alignment and growth.
The successful candidate will have a strategic understanding of partner ecosystems and go-to-market strategies, leveraging experience to build and manage successful partner relationships. They will also have a good track record of building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute partner success plans like lead generation activities, as well as track and report on key metrics to ensure adoption and success.
- Work closely with sales management to maintain success plans for partners (including success metrics) and track towards a plan.
- Manage partner perception of and sentiment toward ServiceRocket, helping them to understand our commitment and high level of execution.
- Design and implement creative partner marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive partner profitability.
- Participate in marketing initiatives such as content development, hosting events and representing the company in events.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
