We're looking for a strategic thinker to join our team as Financial Strategy Director, focusing on developing and executing funding strategies to support the growth of our flexicommercial business.

Humm Group is one of Australasia's most successful non-bank financial organisations, with a legacy of innovation. We help people buy everything, everywhere, every day, through our product ecosystem of business financing products, consumer lending, and cards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in debt financing, preferably through ABS securitisation or structured debt financing, with a strong understanding of capital/subordination structuring, documentation, and deal execution management.

This role requires someone who can manage complex priorities, deliver end-to-end results, and build high-performing teams. Strong leadership skills, verbal and written communication abilities, and experience leading funder and investor communications are essential.

In return for your expertise, you can expect a salary of approximately $250,000 - $350,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
