We are seeking a motivated Health and Safety Coordinator to join our rapidly growing head contractor in NSW. This role is perfect for someone with 2-3 years of hands-on OHS experience who's ready to step up and gain experience in larger, design-driven builds while enhancing their safety expertise.

You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining OHS protocols across varied project sites. This includes conducting safety audits and compliance inspections to uphold safety standards, assisting in site safety training and incident reporting, and promoting a strong culture of safety by working closely with project teams and subcontractors.

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of OHS coordination experience (backgrounds in trades or subcontracting welcome).
  • Strong knowledge of Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations and industry standards.
  • A proactive approach to learning and growing within a head contractor environment.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and work seamlessly with diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills to ensure smooth safety operations.

The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
