Project Coordinator Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Halcyon Knights. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting projects related to health assessments, drug and alcohol screening, and pathology provider relationship management across NSW Health Professional Councils.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive project management services, including preparing reports, coordinating resources, and creating project documentation to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation for reporting, monitoring, and evaluation purposes, including approaches for change management, communications, and benefits realization.
- Collaborate with Senior Policy Officers to develop, implement, and evaluate drug and alcohol screening policies in line with HPCA and Councils Policy Framework.
- Support resource management and contribution coordination for regulating health practitioners with impairments.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and coordinate working groups, committees, and consultations to ensure project completion.
- Analyze data to identify emerging project issues, track progress, and report on milestones and deliverables.
**Requirements**
- Prior experience in a Project Coordinator role within a NSW Government Body is highly desirable.
- Strong government experience with excellent knowledge of project management principles.
**Compensation Package**
This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of **$66 per hour**, taking into account Sydney CBD (Pitt Street) location and industry standards.
