About the Role

We are seeking a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. This is a 12-month fixed-term role that will see you work on a large-scale project within the Sydney CBD.

As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for leading safety initiatives and driving HSE performance across the project. Your expertise in identifying issues and trends will help us maintain compliance with local regulations and protocols.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the project team to develop and implement strategies to improve our safety record. If you have a strong understanding of local health and safety legislation and procedures, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in an EHS Coordinator/Advisor position, preferably from within the construction and engineering industries.
  • Large-scale commercial or residential project experience is highly regarded.
  • Strong understanding of local health and safety requirements and knowledge of safe working systems, legislation, rules, and procedures.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders internally and externally.
