Project Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining project governance and administration documentation, tracking project progress, and providing regular reports to project team and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a project programme, monitor progress, and communicate with project stakeholders
- Identify project risks, implement mitigations, and review and amend as required to ensure project targets are achieved
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
- Assist the Senior Project Manager and Project Director with tasks such as cost reporting, program, service provider performance monitoring, risk register updates, quality assurance, and contractual work
- Liaise with client departments and other service providers to help coordinate all efforts in keeping the program on track
Requirements
- A recognised Degree or equivalent qualification relating to a technical field: Construction Management or Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cost Management, or relatable trade experience
- 1-4 years project management experience (ideally client side/consulting)
- Experience in the health sector is an added advantage
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft skills are essential, and Primavera skills will be highly regarded
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and writing skills
- Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to clients
