About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Efficiency: Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance team productivity.
  • Influence Business Processes: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve lead handling and campaign design.
  • Team Excellence: Develop and implement training programs to enhance marketing team skills and knowledge.
  • Data Compliance: Ensure marketing teams remain compliant with data regulations and best practices.
  • Change Management: Lead team updates and implementations of new technologies and tools.
  • Innovation: Contribute to a culture of innovation and growth, driving new avenues of business expansion.
About You

We're looking for a seasoned marketing operations professional with a strong background in data analytics and a passion for driving business growth. If you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations across APAC
  • Strong data analytics skills and ability to interpret team performance
  • Experience with a range of MarTech tools and a desire to learn more
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify and solve problems proactively
  • Strong business acumen and ability to hold your own in cross-functional decision-making
