Senior Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to lead our brand marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that increase agent engagement and cross-sell.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all brand marketing, communications, and national seasonal campaigns for Domain's marketing products.
- Partner with our Personalised Marketing, Digital, Content, and Creative teams to design, test, and evolve customer lifecycle communications.
- Manage a team of two Marketing Managers and work alongside a Senior Marketing Manager responsible for supporting Domain's complementary Workflow product set.
- Constantly review, track, and report on all initiatives and programs to assess ROI and recommend improvements.
- Minimum 8 years multi-channel marketing experience, including team leadership.
- Expertise in developing digital marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.
- Experience working with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and personalised marketing systems.
- Exposure to event marketing principles.
- Project and budget management experience.
- Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages.
- Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
