About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Leisure and Entertainment Marketing Manager to join our team at Echo Entertainment Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our leisure and entertainment offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to drive customer engagement and revenue growth
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform future marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or brand development within a hospitality or gaming industry
  • Proven track record of success in leading marketing teams and delivering high-impact marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
