Digital Performance Director

Spark Foundry is seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Director to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our digital performance team, you will be responsible for leading digital performance strategy, activation, and a highly skilled digital activation team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute digital performance strategies across Search Engine Marketing, Programmatic, Video, Social, and Mobile channels and platforms.
- Lead a team of digital specialists to deliver high-performing campaigns and drive business outcomes for our clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital performance marketing, with a strong focus on Search Engine Marketing and Programmatic advertising.
- Proven track record of delivering high-performing campaigns and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
