About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Efficiency: Utilize your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and design solutions that enhance team performance.
  • Influence Business Processes: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve lead handling and campaign design.
  • Team Excellence: Develop and implement training programs to enhance marketing team skills and manage external vendors.
  • Data Compliance: Ensure marketing teams remain compliant with data regulations and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Change Management: Lead team updates, such as the implementation of new MarTech tools or onboarding new product acquired teams.
  • Innovation: Contribute to a dynamic marketing leadership team focused on innovating client experiences and driving business growth.
About You

We're looking for a seasoned marketing operations professional with:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations across APAC
  • Strong data analytics skills and ability to interpret team performance
  • Experience with a range of MarTech tools and a willingness to learn
  • Self-motivation and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
