About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Sales Director to join our team at Epsilon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth by leveraging your business acumen to uncover client needs and identify opportunities for Epsilon solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Collaborate with internal resources to prepare and deliver customized sales solutions for clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key marketing and media decision makers within client organizations
  • Negotiate and close contracts with client decision makers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure Epsilon remains a leader in the digital sales space

Requirements:

  • 15 years of professional digital sales and marketing business experience
  • BA/BS in marketing or business with a strong academic record
  • Proven track record of successfully closing large deals at enterprise levels
  • Strong knowledge of the MarTech/AdTech value chain
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
