Business Development Manager

- Extensive experience in the asset finance sector with a deep understanding of various finance deals.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers and clients.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
- High confidence, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to supporting a large network of brokers.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with brokers and attend industry events.
