Montu is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and partnerships team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our partners are well-informed about our latest products and offerings, and that these are aligned with the distinct needs of their patients and clinics with the best solutions available from Montu.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management
    • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with a broad network of General Practitioners to understand their needs and concerns regarding patient care and treatment options.
    • Address inquiries promptly and maintain a high standard of service.
    • Work with internal teams to manage communications and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Clinical Support
    • Respond to complex clinical questions and inquiries from General Practitioners, providing evidence-based information and support.
    • Provide guidance on the appropriate use of medications, addressing off-label usage questions and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Product Knowledge and Communication
    • Share field insights with internal teams, including medical affairs, marketing, and R&D, to inform product development, marketing strategies, and educational materials.
    • Participate in the development of strategies and plans for products and therapies within the healthcare professional community.
  • Commercial and Sales Performance
    • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the company based on interactions with General Practitioners and knowledge of the General Practitioner market.
    • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs, to align medical strategies with business objectives.
    • Collaborate with customer support teams to maintain customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
    • Generate and present detailed forecasts, and plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives.
    • Meet targets for the number of meetings per week, satisfaction, and sales to support commercial growth.
    Requirements
    • 4+ years of experience in key account management, highly desirable if you have experience in dealing with General Practitioners or you have a hunter mentality.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and empathy, with a track record of building long-standing influential Key Opinion Leader relationships.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes and meet sales targets.
    • Proficiency in conducting market analysis and staying abreast of industry trends.
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications are a plus.
