Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within luxury hotels or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in Opera PMS and Sales systems such as ANAIS, Cvent, and Delphi is highly desirable.
  • Must have valid Australian Working Rights.
