Job Title: Operations Performance Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced maintenance professional to spearhead our Technical Services team's strategic frameworks for maintenance planning, compliance, and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborating with maintenance teams to support operational strategy.
About the Team

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading maintenance performance and improvement programs in automated environments. They will possess strong industry knowledge of regulations and standards related to plant and equipment, as well as proficiency in maintenance management software and compliance tracking tools.
