The Division of Cancer, Cardiology, and Specialty Medicine, in conjunction with the New Footscray Hospital Operations Readiness, Activation, and Transition (ORAT) team, is actively seeking a dynamic senior health leader to join us as the Operational Performance & Redesign Manager.

This pivotal role will collaborate closely with Divisional Directors to drive key improvement initiatives outlined in the Operations Directorate and Divisional Business Plans.

As the Operational Performance and Redesign Manager, you will lead the implementation and evaluation of process and system improvement strategies aimed at optimising patient access, safety, operational efficiency, and overall experience within the business unit. Additionally, you will oversee New Footscray Hospital ORAT activities across the Division and organisation as directed by the NFH ORAT Divisional Director.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in healthcare delivery and contribute to the success of our new hospital initiative.

**To be Successful in this Role, you will have**:

- Eligibility for registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse or allied health professional
- Extensive clinical and management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Improvement and redesign experience
