State Performance Operations Lead

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a State Performance Manager. As part of this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of sales and operational support to clubs within the wider area.
About the RoleThe State Performance Manager is a pivotal position that provides ongoing assistance to team members and independent contractors operating under the Zap Fitness 24/7 brand. The key focus is on achieving financial targets and fostering alignment among team members.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all clubs in the region achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets across all sales streams
- Implement, and support quarterly and seasonal sales campaigns
- Develop initiatives to help underperforming clubs achieve projected profit and loss statements
- Manage club-based consumer brand feedback proactively, responding and resolving member feedback within reasonable timeframes
- Effectively manage capital expenditure in line with the region's budget
- Prior B2C retail management experience
- Prior team management experience
- Proven sales skills with a proven ability to hit KPI's and commercial targets
- Exceptional communication and people influencing skills
- Ability to manage commercial operations and oversee club promotions
- Exceptional stakeholder manager skills
- Excellent customer service capability
- Ability to motivate others and help them to succeed
