**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide visionary leadership to the operational team and drive site vision and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster overall productivity within the operation, optimizing activities effectively and resource levels efficiently.
- Influence safety behaviors through positive feedback and conversations, ensuring Health & Safety standards and training are maintained.
- Oversee route planning and review with the Dispatch team to ensure efficient route density provisions and customer service targets are met.
**Requirements for Success:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a specialized field.
- Extensive knowledge in specialized field.
- 2-4 years of management experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships.
