Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee all production activities across our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant. As the ideal candidate, you will lead a team of professionals and be responsible for driving manufacturing standards, increasing productivity, and product quality.

You will work closely with the team to develop and implement processes that meet high-quality food manufacturing standards. Your expertise in operational functions such as Safety, Production, OH&S, and performance management is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- A tertiary qualification in Food Science, Manufacturing, or a related field.

- Direct experience working in a medium to large-scale food manufacturing plant, preferably in a high-care environment.

- Strong understanding of operational functions, including Safety, Production, OH&S, and performance management.

- Ability to create procedures and standards for staff training, induction, and up-skilling.

- Excellent collaboration, influencing, continuous improvement, and communication skills.
