The role of Senior Advisor, Performance Reporting and Insights, is a critical position within the organization. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of operational processes and be able to influence national operational performance through the development and implementation of user experience (UX) research and analysis of operational performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading key components of the Commission's UX strategy and developing organisational performance measures to support a holistic evidence-based approach to operations;
  • Managing the design and delivery of research projects and generation of insights and reviews of Commission services from the user perspective;
  • Supervising and supporting junior team members to undertake business data analysis to deliver a range of high-quality insights for senior decision-makers;
  • Undertaking business analysis for senior decision-makers identifying emerging trends and issues from operational data, user feedback, and complaints channels;
  • Building and sustaining productive and collaborative stakeholder relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders;
  • Performing other duties as required by the Assistant Director, Performance Reporting and Insights.

Requirements for the role include strong analytical skills, ability to work collaboratively and foster strong stakeholder relationships. A degree in a related field is also desirable. The ideal candidate will have relevant industry experience and knowledge of operational processes.
