With a strong engineering background and proven track record in senior operations leadership, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving efficiency, and maintaining strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidate Profile- Engineering educational background (or equivalent)
- Proven track record in senior operations leadership role, ideally within the food industry
- Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements and business growth
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential for this role. You will work comfortably with diverse teams and complex stakeholder environments.
Key Responsibilities- Driving operational performance across manufacturing, quality, logistics, and maintenance
- Championing a culture of safety, efficiency, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
- Aligning operational capabilities with key growth initiatives by leading investment planning for capital expenditure to strengthen systems and processes
- Maintaining strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Leading and developing high-performing teams across core operational functions
