At JLL, we're committed to creating a better world for our clients, our people, and our communities. As a Facilities Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional facilities management support and coordination services to our clients.

The Role:

* Provide facilities management support and coordination services to our clients, ensuring seamless delivery of services and efficient management of facilities.
* Monitor and manage the use of Corrigo to optimize service delivery, ensuring timely completion of tasks, invoicing, and submission of documentation.
* Offer general administrative support to the Business Support Team and Facilities Managers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
* Identify and escalate any issues related to contractor performance, missing or incomplete compliance documentation, and other service-related matters.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with Facilities Managers, Contractors, and Suppliers, fostering a collaborative environment.

What We're Looking For:

* Experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or a related field (preference given)
* Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to adapt to changing situations and work collaboratively with others to achieve targets
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency
