
Administrative Operations Coordinator

Our firm seeks an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage daily administrative operations. This role involves providing vital support to our accountants, coordinating appointments, meetings, and staff schedules, handling mail correspondence with precision, and maintaining high accuracy in scanning, electronic/paper filing, and data entry.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven experience in an administrative role, strong proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in Xero Practice Manager software is preferred. The selected candidate will be able to handle confidential information with discretion and possess exceptional written skills, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
