Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Plant Managers and direct reports, ensuring the achievement of business requirements through timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings and events, including liaison with suppliers, to ensure seamless execution and effective communication.
  • Deliver a quality service to internal and external customers by identifying opportunities to improve business processes and resolving problems efficiently.
  • Compile and coordinate the production of accurate, timely, and well-presented documents and reports, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
