Administration Manager Role

Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled Administration Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our aged care home. As a critical role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring seamless operations.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to ensure smooth operations
  • Oversee front desk reception and concierge services
  • Manage rostering and employee compliance
  • Coordinate resident admissions and documentation management
  • Maintain and replenish administration supplies and equipment
  • Record and expense management
  • Coordinate meetings, minutes, and action items

About You:

  • Recent experience in an Administration role (aged care or healthcare desirable)
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel knowledge
  • Experience with rostering management and hiring processes preferred
  • A caring and kind manner, comfortable interacting with residents and their families
  • Flu Vaccination and COVID Vaccination required
