Job Summary:
We seek a highly skilled Administration Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our aged care home. As a critical role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring seamless operations.
About the Role:
- Provide high-level administrative support to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee front desk reception and concierge services
- Manage rostering and employee compliance
- Coordinate resident admissions and documentation management
- Maintain and replenish administration supplies and equipment
- Record and expense management
- Coordinate meetings, minutes, and action items
About You:
- Recent experience in an Administration role (aged care or healthcare desirable)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel knowledge
- Experience with rostering management and hiring processes preferred
- A caring and kind manner, comfortable interacting with residents and their families
- Flu Vaccination and COVID Vaccination required
