International Import Export Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
">- Coordinate import and export shipments across multiple international markets.
- Liaise with freight forwarding partners to manage logistics and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and update ETA trackers and prepare basic operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, biosecurity, and quarantine requirements.
- Support local sales and customer service teams with administrative tasks.
- Assist with logistics and administration for a remote mining and processing site, including occasional travel.
- Manage documentation related to sourcing finished products and distribution.
- Maintain accurate records and provide general admin support within a lean team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- Strong understanding of import/export regulations, biosecurity, and quarantine rules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Oracle is a plus.
- Experience managing full container loads and coordinating complex logistics.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Comfortable working independently with initiative and autonomy in a lean team setting.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional after-hours calls with international partners.
- Ability to provide effective administrative support to sales, customer service, and remote site teams.
- Reliable home office setup and readiness to work in a hybrid environment with flexible attendance.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
