We are seeking an organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Coordinator or Administrator.

The Role

  • Maintain accurate records, including tenant statements and rental reviews.
  • Process rental collections and issue recovery letters.
  • Enter sales figures and maintain data systems.
  • Provide weekly arrears updates to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Checking and issuing monthly tenant statements.
  • Assisting in collecting tenancy rental charges.
  • Processing rental reviews and maintaining system accuracy.
  • Providing regular updates on outstanding balances.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in property administration.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

  • Maintaining accurate records and data systems.
  • Meeting deadlines and providing timely updates.
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
