We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
About the RoleThe Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving incremental sales for Luxury Escapes through strategic partnerships with luxury Villa owners in Bali.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and growing existing partnerships with Villa owners;
- Negotiating and contracting new and repeat partners;
- Ensuring all deals are commercially sound;
- Owning pre/post production responsibilities;
Successful candidates will have:
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- A flexible, positive attitude with innovative thinking;
- Knowledge of the Villa market in Indonesia;
- Passion for sales;
- High attention to detail and accuracy;
