Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Partnership Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:The Senior Partnership Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and growing partnerships with luxury villa suppliers to drive incremental sales. Key responsibilities include negotiating and contracting new and repeat partners, maintaining rate parity, and owning all pre/post production responsibilities.
This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a high attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiate and contract new and repeat partners
- Maintain rate parity and ensure accurate data in Luxury Escapes' CRM system
- Manage pre- and post-production responsibilities
- Analyse post-campaign results and generate reports to identify commercial opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with hotel partners to optimise revenue
- Work with Revenue Management to drive repeat performance and maximise regional success
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain competitive rates
- Strong knowledge of the villa market in Indonesia
- Possess a passion for sales and exceptional negotiation skills
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Show high initiative and problem-solving abilities
