Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Villa Market Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing partnerships with villa owners and suppliers in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and contract new and repeat partners to drive incremental sales
  • Maintain rate parity and ensure all deals are commercially sound
  • Manage pre- and post-production responsibilities, including effective communication with internal stakeholders and partners
  • Analyse post-campaign results, generate reports, and conduct market research to identify commercial opportunities
  • Foster relationships between new and existing villa partners, with a focus on new supply
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for campaigns in the designated region
  • Partner escalation support contact for connectivity related issues
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the villa market in Indonesia
  • Passion for sales
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
