About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Partnership Manager to join our team at Hibob Inc. as an Associate Partner Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the success of our channel partnership programs, supporting the company's rapid growth and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing and discover new channel partnerships, including tech/ISV and HR advisory partnerships, to increase revenue opportunities in the region through lead generation, brand awareness, and advocacy.
  • Identify, prioritize, and engage with relevant partners in the region, conveying the value of Hibob Inc. and onboarding them to the program.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with partners to drive lead generation activities and orchestrate the relationship between the partner and relevant positions in the GTM organization.
  • Advocate for our partners with internal teams, such as Sales and Customer Success, to drive close collaboration and mutual value generation.
  • Enable local partners on our solution, collaborating with Hibob Inc.'s enablement team to build relevant materials and create presentations to communicate impact and requirements to key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Initial experience in managing and exploring channel sales/tech partner programs in SaaS companies or working in an AE position with partners.
  • Knowledge of partner referral programs and experience in HR tech-related fields.
  • Ability to independently lead external partner conversations and comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes less structured, and entrepreneurial environment.
