Monitor partner performance and address underperformance proactively.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create co-branded marketing materials and events.

Partner Enablement

Provide training and resources to channel partners to enhance their sales capabilities.

Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Market Analysis and Reporting

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education sector.

Monitor competitive activity and adjust channel strategies accordingly.

Provide regular reports on channel performance and sales forecasts.
