About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Hunter, New South Wales. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales operations and contributing to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities

As a Regional Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop, manage, and oversee all aspects of the sales process. Your key tasks will include:
  1. Leading, managing, and coaching the sales team towards the achievement of team and corporate goals within a service-focused environment.
  2. Establishing quotas and goals, ensuring that sales projections are met through monthly monitoring of individual targets and completion of monthly sales reports.
  3. Building relationships with regional land agents and developers, handling all sales-related queries, escalations, and concerns from clients.
  4. Conducting regular site safety checks, inspections, and monitoring, implementing safe work practices.
  5. Conducting market research, competitor, and client surveys, building relationships with regional land agents and developers.
  6. Overseeing CRM functionality and utilization by the team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. 5-7 years' experience in a sales management role in a related market (e.g., new home sales, land sales, development real estate).
  2. Excellent knowledge of the new homes' sales customer journey. Demonstrated success in sales development.
  3. Strong understanding of sales & marketing principles, knowledge of Residential Housing Industry and Sales.
