Regional Sales Director

About the Role:
As a Regional Sales Manager at Bradken, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities in the mining and processing industry. You will report directly to the Area Manager – Eastern Processing and play a key role in delivering profitability and growth. Your focus will be on expanding Bradken's Processing Product Groups and identifying strategies for growth.
Key Responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans to grow market share in your region, working closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and product development teams, and preparing and justifying sales budgets to upper management.
Requirements:
- Formal qualifications in Engineering, Mining, Business, or a Trade background
- Demonstrated years of experience in Mining and associated markets
- High level of understanding of Grinding Mills and Crushers is highly regarded
- Familiarity with mineral processing plants and mining operations is preferred
- Willingness to travel
