Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in NSW. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and engagement across our member base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing members, potential members, and key stakeholders in the medical community.
  • Align all activities to achieve individual targets and goals, as well as contribute to the annual state business plans and strategy.
  • Represent MDA National Insurance at events, meetings, and conferences to support acquisition, retention, and engagement objectives.
  • Undertake administrative and database activities, event evaluations, and tracking requirements to support reporting obligations.
  • Review and provide feedback on marketing materials and projects/initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, with a focus on customer-centric approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to execute business plans and strategies.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a self-motivated and focused approach.
  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, or a related discipline.
