About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in NSW. As a key member of our consumer finance team, you will be responsible for growing our business in the NSW market by leveraging our existing broker partnerships and identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing broker partnerships to drive business growth in NSW
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the NSW market
  • Develop and execute a commercial and strategic approach to complement sales and relationship management expertise
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in BDM or sales/finance account management in third-party intermediated channels within NSW
  • Proven track record of meeting sales and growth targets in the broker industry
  • Strong knowledge of lending products and credit risk underwriting
  • Ability to self-start and drive leads independently
  • Exceptional time management and self-organisation skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with people at all levels
