Job Description:

We're responsible for ensuring the successful completion of approximately 300,000 flights every year to 86 destinations worldwide. As a Senior Analyst Resource Planning, you'll be responsible for evaluating immediate and future resourcing requirements to effect optimal resource planning for Cabin Crew and Tech Crew to meet the needs of our flight schedules, promotional training requirements and leave management.

You'll analyse historical trends and future demands to deliver an optimal manpower solution, and develop and implement cost reduction and productivity initiatives through resource utilisation, to support our Group's flying programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and recommend resource allocation strategies to ensure optimal utilization of staff
  • Analyse historical data and forecast future trends to inform resourcing decisions
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions
  • Provide high-level analytical reports and insights to support business decision-making

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a logical and/or analytical discipline such as business, finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, or aviation
  • Advanced analytical skills to source and interpret complex data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders
  • Proven experience in presenting data insights and recommendations to senior leadership
