We are currently seeking an experienced Product Analyst to join our Airport Technology Squad. This key role will support business partners, technology domains, and external parties in maintaining existing systems and developing new ones that enable business objectives and strategic outcomes.

The Role

In this critical position, you will work closely with stakeholders to improve processes and systems, influence product decisions, and deliver new features, enhancements, and initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to govern service partners, ensuring product features meet commitments, business requirements, and service levels.

A key aspect of this role is your ability to think critically and strategically, applying analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results. You must also possess excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills, with the capacity to align business unit processes with enterprise business processes.

Your technical expertise should encompass data analysis, and you should be proficient in working with collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Strong communication skills are essential for articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in Business or Systems Analysis, Product or IT Support, or related disciplines
  • 5 years' experience with airline airport systems, operations, and automation technologies (preferable)
  • Strong technical expertise and practical experience within a specific technical area
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and align business unit processes to enterprise business processes
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong experience working with data sets to deduce accurate insights
