Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and experience.

Job Description

We are on a mission to reimagine how we can better support our customers when things don't go to plan. The Senior Transformation Analyst is a key role that will provide exceptional support and drive key responsibilities across the Disruption Transformation Program. This position involves working closely with stakeholders across the Group to build and deliver on the Disruptions Transformation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support program activities with cross-functional stakeholders (Digital, IT, Finance, and Customer), as well as external vendors.
  • Effective project management, facilitation of workshops, and creation of materials to help enable the prioritization and delivery of Disruption Initiatives across the Airline.
  • Develop high-quality customer, commercial, and financial analysis, extending to ongoing Disruption Management reporting and helping drive initiatives within the program.
  • Take a lead role in creating Program materials for ELT/GLT-level audiences, the Program Management Office (PMO), and developing business cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Digital, IT, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience working in strategy/technology/digital.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and conceptual thinking.
  • Strategic mindset, capable of solving and leading the solving of strategic problems of high complexity.
  • Project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
  • Proven ability to meet goals and deadlines with an excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work with a high degree of autonomy and be proactive with initiative and a bias for yes.
  • Process-driven mindset, with the ability to drive change with complex processes and systems.
  • Thriving in a hypothesis-led environment and able to frame strategic challenges from a digital/technology perspective, with front-line/operations experience highly regarded.
