About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Planning Director to join our team at ASIC.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our resource planning efforts and drive optimisation across our function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Planning: Develop and implement effective resource planning strategies to ensure optimal utilisation of resources across projects and programs.
  • Forecasting and Allocation: Collaborate with project managers and resource managers to forecast resourcing requirements and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Tool Management: Manage and maintain our resource planning tool, ensuring it remains up-to-date and relevant to our business needs.
  • Liaison and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, including program and project sponsors, people and development, finance, and risk teams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as information technology or business management.
  • Proven experience in resource planning, forecasting, and allocation, preferably in a complex corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical matters to non-technical stakeholders.
