About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that offers a hybrid model of working from home and at our Mascot Campus. You'll work closely with business partners, technology domains, and external parties to act as a conduit between the business and technology teams.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll be accountable for maintaining existing systems and developing new ones to support the business's objectives and strategic outcomes. You'll work collaboratively with stakeholders to improve processes and systems, influence product decisions, and support the delivery of new features, enhancements, and initiatives.

You'll have a customer-centric mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation. You'll be responsible for governing service partners to ensure product features are delivered on time, meet business requirements, and meet service levels.

About You

We're looking for someone with 3+ years' experience in business or systems analysis, product or IT support, or related disciplines. Preference will be given to candidates with 5 years' experience in airline airport systems, operations, and on-airport automation technologies.

  • Experience with Amadeus DCS applications and administration (preferred)
  • Point of sale, retail systems, and processes (preferred)
  • Demonstrated technical expertise and practical experience within a specific technical area
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
  • Able to work cross-functionally and align business unit processes to enterprise business processes
  • Proven ability to apply analytical and critical thinking skills to solve, and lead the solving of, strategic problems
