Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Champ Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining existing relationships with clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and customer service. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow and maintain a sustainable market share
  • Maintain existing business relationships and develop new sales opportunities
  • Coordinate site inspections and field service, while effectively communicating findings to the relevant technical support staff
  • Develop customized offerings for clients and continuously monitor outcomes to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Promote a focus on sales and achieve results-driven outcomes for customers and business
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective day-to-day communication with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive, positive, friendly attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Time management and the ability to multitask with attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn
  • Proven ability to handle challenging operational situations by utilising well-developed problem-solving skills
Experience
  • Suitable sales skills, project management, time management
  • Hands-on experience in a field sales mining environment
  • Experience selling solutions to customers' problems
  • Front-line supervision skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.
