About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Champ Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for evaluating business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and maintaining existing business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate site inspections and field service to develop customized offerings for clients
  • Monitor outcomes to ensure customer satisfaction and implement effective sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a field sales environment, preferably in the mining industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Experience with sales tools and technologies, including CRM software
