Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with end users and channel partners.
- Expand the channel partner network to maximize sales potential.
- Promote ITW brands and create demand within the assigned region.
- Retain and grow existing customers through value-based relationships.
- Identify and secure new business via strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with product managers and technical experts to train and support partners.
- Monitor and enhance channel effectiveness, intervening when necessary.
- Drive sales within the mining and heavy industry sectors, focusing on Central Queensland and regularly visiting mine sites.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior site personnel and manage distributor networks with care to ensure customer loyalty.
- Take ownership of the territory, treating it like a personal business, managing a budget, and working independently with support.
- Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a challenging environment, with ongoing professional development and training on protective coatings.
