Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with end users and channel partners.
  • Expand the channel partner network to maximize sales potential.
  • Promote ITW brands and create demand within the assigned region.
  • Retain and grow existing customers through value-based relationships.
  • Identify and secure new business via strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with product managers and technical experts to train and support partners.
  • Monitor and enhance channel effectiveness, intervening when necessary.
Requirements
  • Drive sales within the mining and heavy industry sectors, focusing on Central Queensland and regularly visiting mine sites.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior site personnel and manage distributor networks with care to ensure customer loyalty.
  • Take ownership of the territory, treating it like a personal business, managing a budget, and working independently with support.
  • Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a challenging environment, with ongoing professional development and training on protective coatings.
  • Actively contribute to a respectful, humble company culture while collaborating with the team to drive success.
