About the Role

We are seeking a career-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in the Mackay Region.

Critical to your success will be a sound understanding of the Retail and Commercial segments in the region, as well as a general understanding of the building industry.

You will be responsible for prospecting new customers to drive growth opportunities, as well as servicing an established customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety, health, and environment standards are maintained.
  • Responsibility for the safe and professional functions of a sales office and yard.
  • Plan take-offs to suit local customer requirements.
  • Develop strategic sales initiatives to drive sales volume growth.
  • Ensure relevant prospecting metrics are achieved, and activity is recorded within Salesforce.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts and reports.
  • Analyse sales and profitability of new and existing markets and segments.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with customers across multiple channels.
