About the Role

Champ Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for evaluating business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and maintaining a sustainable market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate site inspections and field service to develop customized offerings for clients
  • Monitor outcomes to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Promote sales and achieve results-driven outcomes for customers and business
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and models to grow and maintain market share

About You

We are looking for a proactive, positive, and friendly individual with excellent interpersonal skills, customer service skills, and time management abilities. You should have experience in sales, project management, and time management, as well as hands-on experience in a field sales environment.
