Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at WiseTech Global. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic clients in Japan.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our CargoWise and Blume applications to effectively guide and direct clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide optimal solutions for clients' needs, and build strong working relationships with Service Partners to optimize the overall service offering.
- Ensure that critical or important issues raised by clients are escalated quickly and efficiently to the relevant Support/Product Team.
- Support the function and deliverables of the Global Key Account Management Team and wider Customer Services team.
- Fluent in English and Japanese.
- Ability to build rapport and gain trust with clients.
- Taking ownership of issues and tracks through to resolution – a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to build strong relationships externally with clients and partners and internally.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience within Key Account Management or Relationship Management.
- Technical knowledge/technically enabled skills.
