We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Sydney team as a Key Account Manager. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, winning new business, and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow existing customer relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Excellent business development and sales skills
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Passion for customer service and building strong relationships
