About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Sydney team as a Key Account Manager. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, winning new business, and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
Requirements
  • Excellent business development and sales skills
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Passion for customer service and building strong relationships
