About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at WiseTech Global. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic clients in Japan.

Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the escalation point for critical client and staff-related issues, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and service. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to proactively support the growth of our client accounts and maximize their usage of our CargoWise and Blume applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve critical issues raised by clients in a timely and efficient manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our strategic clients in Japan
  • Work closely with our sales and product teams to identify opportunities for growth and maximize client usage of our applications
  • Provide exceptional support and service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with our technical and commercial teams to provide optimal solutions for our clients' needs
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Japanese
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Technical knowledge and skills, with a focus on logistics and freight forwarding
  • Experience in key account management or relationship management
